What is a Client Code?

A client code is a 5 character code used to uniquely identify our clients to us. When our clients order online, by fax, or email they have the ability to use their client code and save a lot of time filling out redundant information about themselves and their company. Our client code is quite simply assigned. It uses the first character of our clients company name, then assigns a rank number, and lastly, an employee identifier number.

As an example if we had a client named Canadian First Bank the first three characters might be C99, indicating their firm name starts with a C and they are our 99th client beginning with a C. The last two digits indicate which employee in that firm ordered the appraisal. If in our example, the employee’s name was John Doe and he was the fifth employee on record with Canadian First Bank, his client code would be C9905.

How to Use It

Using the client code is easier, than the method of assignment- and that’s all you’ll need to worry about. Simply insert your client code in the denoted field on our ordering forms, or include it when emailing us with your order.

How to Get Your Client Code

It’s easy to get a client code. Simply contact us and request yours. When you ask for your client code, we will need some information from you including your company name, contact points, transit numbers, and address.
