Housing resale prices are up accross Canada by 11.1%. The data released by the CREA indicates that Manitoba came in 4th place with a 12.2% increase in resale values. Alberta, the Northwest Territories, and British Columbia led all provinces and territories in percentage increases. The average home resale price in Manitoba is up to $150,229, up from $133,854 in 2005.
