As members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, we adhere to a strict code of ethics and the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP). Our appraisers have many years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry. This experience extends to the valuation of a broad array of property types, for a wide range of purposes.

We are a small, agile group of real property appraisers. Our size allows us to be flexible and innovative in our response to client needs.
